Refunds are available up until 7 days prior to the event. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations by Us

In the rare event that we need to cancel an event due to low sign-ups or unforeseen circumstances, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method.

No-Shows

If you do not attend the event without prior notice (a no-show), we regret that we cannot reschedule you to another event or provide a refund.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In the case of a family emergency, please email us at info@paintandsipportland.com as soon as possible. While exceptions are not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
