Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Paint and Sip Portland, we strive to make every event an enjoyable experience. To ensure fairness and consistency, we’ve outlined our refund and cancellation policies below:

1. Refunds

   • Refunds are available up until 7 days prior to the event. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Cancellations by Us

   • In the rare event that we need to cancel an event due to low sign-ups or unforeseen circumstances, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method.

3. No-Shows

   • If you do not attend the event without prior notice (a no-show), we regret that we cannot reschedule you to another event or provide a refund.

4. Family Emergencies 

   • We understand that unexpected situations may arise. In the case of a family emergency, please email us at info@paintandsipportland.com as soon as possible. While exceptions are not guaranteed, we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
